We also found asbestos, which made the job dangerous for untrained workers. With over 20 years of leak detection, the team worked with the client, fixed the leaks and removed the asbestos safely. We kept disruptions low so the business could keep running.
The replacement was Colorbond roof sheets, ridge capping and flashings, with sisalation sarking across the roof. Custom box gutters, two rainheads and 100mm PVC spreaders on the lower roof were part of the same scope. A compliance certificate was issued at the end. Licence 46989.
The existing asbestos roof came off the building. Asbestos left the site and the area was cleaned, including vacuuming as needed. New sisalation sarking went down, then new Colorbond roof sheets, plus custom Colorbond ridge capping and flashings on both sides. Roof penetrations were flashed and sealed. That is the same work listed in the twelve-point scope on this page. We are not adding sizes, dates or a client quote that was never on this project page.
Old box gutters came off both sides. New custom Colorbond box gutters went in, fixed as needed. Two Colorbond rainheads sat at the ends of each gutter. New 100mm PVC spreaders went on the lower roof. The work area was cleaned and rubbish left the site. A compliance certificate closed the job.
