We look after maintenance, repairs and new installs for cafe owners and restaurant managers. That includes water-saving equipment, hygiene and safety work (gas appliances, floor drainage, backflow prevention), and the day-to-day faults that shut a kitchen: no hot water, blocked wash-up lines, leaking tapware. Work is quoted up front. We can work outside trading hours so you are not closed through a lunch service.
A commercial kitchen is harder on pipework than a house. Constant wash-up, high water use, grease, and a floor waste that has to keep moving. We come in for the small jobs as well as the fitout work: tapware that will not shut off, a leaking flexi, a dishwasher waste that smells, a floor drain that ponds under the pass. Grease is what blocks a cafe more often than anything else. It cools in the line, catches food waste, and then the floor waste or the pot-wash backs up during service.
