Common property work is different from a private bathroom. We attend shared stacks, meters, pumps, stormwater pits and plant that serves more than one lot. Preventative visits catch slow leaks before they become a special levy. Repairs and upgrades are quoted against the access you can give us, including lock-off times and resident notices.
