After our obligation free assessment, our commercial plumbing experts discovered that the subfloor was level, causing inadequate fall which meant there was a consistent build up due to insufficient flow. Unfortunately this was not going to be an easy fix, however the team at Joniec Plumbing provided a detailed quote with a turnkey solution to not only correct the plumbing issues, but rectify the flooring issues at the same time. The client was impressed that they could have one company take care of all of the trade work, and we were excited to get the job done quickly for them. Our plumbing solution included:

Disconnecting and removing all toilet suites, partitions and dividers from male and female toilet blocks at the rear of the building
Removing all vinyl and lifting timber flooring in male and female toilet blocks, but all hand basins and urinals remain in place
Cutting and removing all 100mm suspended sewer pipework from the sub floor
Supply and installing new 100mm PVC suspended sewer as per plumbing code and connecting it to existing below ground sewer riser
Supply and installing new timber sheet flooring to all areas
Supply and installing new vinyl floor covering to all areas including coving up the walls
Reinstating all partitions, dividers and toilet suites to both male and female toilet blocks
Connecting, testing and commissioning
Removing all rubbish from the site
Issuing a compliance certificate on completion of works
