Great and professional service. Lee and his assistant arrived on time. They removed their shoes without having to be asked, which was great as we don’t wear shoes inside our house. They knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem immediately. I highly recommend this company. Very efficient.

They came to replace the whole Gas-Solar Hot Water System. The 2 plumbers were really polite, friendly and profesional. They finished the job really fast and left the whole area tidy and clean. Recently, they came by to replace some fixtures. Lisa from the office gave us several options on how to best go about the job. She clearly set out what could be done and the associated costs, and kept close communication with me the entire time. When our parts arrived, the job was scheduled within the week and our plumber arrived in the time assigned. Jared was friendly, diligent, and did a fine job replacing our faucet and shower head within a few hours. He was also generous and honest with his advice. Although my trust in this industry had been diminished considerably, I contacted Joniec and explained my situation to the admin lady. She was very empathetic and organised for the owner of the company, Blake, to attend and conduct a full inspection of my roof. Blake was polite, honest and highly professional. A few days later I received a detailed report and a quote for works that would resolve my roof issues. Quotes are all very competitive and the service and fixtures supplied are high quality! Plumbing issues were fixed on the day the plumber came both times, and during the renovations the team worked really tirelessly to get everything done over the two days we booked them. Once on the job, the guys were terrific: diligent and careful and absolutely efficient. They worked hard and responded to any emerging issues with cheerfulness and patience, communicating at all times what the issues were. We are so grateful for their work and their expertise. I should also add that this also applies to the wonderful staff in the office, who responded to phone-calls and enquiries with good grace and good-humour. Thank you! I’m not sure if I am really doing this company a favour by posting this review because I know they are already flat out with plenty of work in the “pipeline”, however, in my opinion, the reason why they are busy is that they a very good at what they do. My job was a replacement of a galv. water pipe, however it involved connections to water pumps and rainwater plumbing from a tank to laundry and toilet and connection to garden taps. From the beginning this company was innovative and responsive and were able to adapt or change old poly pipe fittings to long lasting copper. The end result is not only fit for purpose, and will most probably out live me, but it also looks like a fine work of plumbing. I watched these fellows work hard for a full day and have admiration for their work effort. But don’t take my word for it, if you have a plumbing work to be done, give them a go and see for yourself. They will certainly get my repeat business.

Very happy with Josh and Joey’s work to install a waterline for our fridge. They were on time, professional and friendly. They also advised us about the water pressure at our house and installed a unit that can manage the pressure to make sure we are meeting the legal requirements in Victoria and also so our fridge fulfils requirements of the warranty.The team at Joniec are all lovely and very responsive, as we previously had a tap leak and they came in on the same day to repair.

Right from the booking of appointment was carried out very well by Amanda in both instances. Lachey (apologies, if I got the spelling incorrect) carried out the replacement of shower initially and on the second instance the garden tap was installed. He got the job done very well and efficient. Luke came in the second instance to access the work required, he explained clearly and mentioned Lachey would take over the installation. He was very professional in his approach and also checked around the property and picked up a leaking pipe that I hadn’t noticed.Luke and an associate arrived on time on the day and did the job professionally. I purchased a new laundry mixer tap to replace my old one. Called Joniec and even though they were busy, Amanda to whom I spoke (very nice lady), gave me an early morning appointment. Was advised when the plumber was on his way and Sam arrived promptly at the appointed time. He changed over the tap without any fuss or mess and I could not be happier with my new mixer tap. Sam was courteous, neat and obviously “well trained”. He removed his shoes before entering my home – even though he was coming straight into the tiled laundry via the garage.This is the first occasion that I have used Joniec Plumbing. Had the entire house water supply mains replaced after the old underground galvanised pipe burst.Joniec took a while to come out for a quote (no doubt they are busy) and I almost ended up going with another reputable plumber whose quote ended up being 2.5x the price.Joniec were well worth the wait, they had a good idea of how the challenges could be tackled affordably and logically during the quote and did an amazing job on the day. They are definitely amongst some of the top trades people I have engaged. Sam, Campbell and Dave, worked all day including both on top of and inside the roof, they had great attention to detail, gave updates and cleaned up after themselves making sure everything worked, and that we were happy at the end of the day. Cannot recommend them highly enough for customer service and value and will definitely be using them again in the near future.

Called about a leaking pressure relief valve and Joniec were able to attend the same afternoon. Very personable young plumber fixed the HWS immediately and even had some time to throw the toys for our two very large dogs. Cheers
